A great treat to make for Valentine’s Day. It has a good strong flavor of the Prosecco.
Whip the egg and egg whites together.
Mix all the wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix it until it is just mix. Don’t over mix.
Pour the batter into your muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.
